These maps show the area that falls under our Neighbourhood Plan. They are referenced in the Community Questionnaire.

During December 2019 we and members of the community met with AECOM who helped us put together a Design Code for the area. We used this to shape some of the policies with The Plan.

A Neighbourhood Plan MUST meet the ‘Basic Conditions’
The current High Peak Local Plan applies to all areas of High Peak which are outside the Peak District National Park (the ‘Peak Park’). It was adopted by High Peak Borough Council on 14 April 2016.
